On the Friday before Labour Weekend stranded with a run flat tyre for a Mercedes you managed to find us a tyre and had us back on the road and back to Auckland just after lunch. The best others could offer was the Tuesday after the long weekend. Forever grateful and a big THANK YOU from Robyn Case and Garry Barclay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found ourselves in a difficult situation with a puncture in our 9 metre motor home. The service given us by Brandon at 9pm on a Saturday night in Kawerau where we were travelling through, was fantastic. Brandon's attitude and service was obviously what was expected by his employer. He came immediately from Whakatane where he appeared to be sharing a social evening with people. I've provided the short version but it was only the culture of the company and Brandon that gave us such a great result. Only occasionally do we receive service like this.
