Stefan Pallister has over 40 years experience in clinical practice and chiropractic education. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1968 and was in private practice in Lower Hutt for 20 years before returning to CMCC as Director of Postgraduate and Continuing Education.
In 2002 he was appointed Foundation Professor and Chair of Chiropractic at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. Following successful development of the five-year course at Murdoch and its accreditation by the Council on Chiropractic Education Australasia he retired from Murdoch and moved to Carterton to establish his current private practice.
Stefan serves on a number of bodies including the New Zealand Chiropractic Board, the Bone and Joint Decade Committee, the Council on Chiropractic Education Accreditation Committee and is an executive member of Chiropractic Education Australia.
In 2008 he was appointed Emeritus Professor at Murdoch University and in 2009 was granted honorary life membership in the New Zealand Chiropractors’ Association.
