★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with service. We stood at a register for about 5 minutes a staff member was in the corner cleaning made eye contact and kept cleaning. She then was asked a question buy another customer came to the counter we were standing at looked on her computer and still did not acknowledge us. We were standing right in front of her!! She then walks to another register and serves that customer. Would not be stopping there again. Rude.

She even offered to send a text when the script arrived. Really appreciate it due to a tight time frame before traveling. Thanks guys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blamed by the owner, more than once, how "people like myself" that are "mentally unwell"; owe so much $ to "him"; the owner of the chemist. I feel degraded everytime i go to the chemist and wish they had another chemist in Carterton that I could use.
