Sylvia has helped improve my health overall including less Fibromyalgia pain and less chronic fatigue. Foods she gave on my plan were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend. :-)

She has encouraged me to find the best fit for my lifestyle, and suggested small changes that may help. During this process I’ve lost 30kg and learnt so much about myself, both physically and mentally. I have also had interactions with Caryn who is making waves in getting LCHF to be recognised for what it is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either Sylvia or Caryn and will miss my regular appointment when they come to an end.

I couldn't be happier. She has totally changed my life. I have lost over 16kg in 5 months and I feel fantastic. I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been.
