★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to drop off car (for them to wreck) for a client. The vehicle was purchased by them sight unseen from seller and was missing the catalytic convertor which they weren't aware of. While Tom handled the matter in a somewhat professional manner while i waited the older gentleman (using term loosely here) whom i didn't manage to get a name of showed his displeasure by using some choice language. Since this review is about my experience and i can't give lower than a 1 star rating itll have to do. This is by no means a review of their service but more of review of the attitude behind the scenes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Cascade really appreciate your prompt response. Called forthe weather shied exterior moulding and they quickly ordered it in for me and gave me a ring a day after. This is quality service and I look forward to working with you in the future for all my Mazda bits. Price was reasonable to for a new Mazda part, although of course the part wasn't anything major it could be a little cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought some suspension on Thursday got given a price , called back in afternoon asked for deliver, was told i would have it by 1-2pm Friday , called friday afternoon just before 3pm to see were they are , to find they havnt charged me and they were waiting for pickup , i told them it was meant to be delivered to my work address to find it was not sent, was then told i should see it before end off day , i was here till 6pm waiting nothing come..
follow up got a call from wade with an apology and explained how it went wrong , to rectify the situation and how to prevent it in the future, because of this i am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have dealt with Cascade on numerous occasions for my Mazda 6. Its a slightly harder to find NZ New Ltd Sport model. On all occasions Cascade called around and found me the parts I needed, called me back and organised delivery for the next day, always arriving earlier than expected. Couldn't fault the service at all. Great people and great service.
