Good honest trader. I purchased a fridge but after 2 weeks it developed a problem and would not cool. John refunded the purchase price and delivery fee promptly and collected the fridge without any issue.

This business is listed as nznavy on TradeMe. I couldn’t regret purchasing from their store more than I do right now. The first dryer we picked up from this shop was faulty and stopped working within a week. We complained to the owner who, to his credit, immediately suggested we replace it with a similar one he already has in the store at no extra cost. Reasonably satisfied and expecting this to last at least 3 years with good maintenance and cleaning before running into any issues, the dryer now has consistent problems that we’ll have to pay someone who actually fixes these machines professionally to fix. Hopefully it won’t cost us an arm and a leg, but who knows at this stage. If you want something that will last longer than 18 months, do not buy from John, nznavy on TradeMe or this store in person. Despite being perfectly reasonable and nice in person, the quality of items sold here is atrocious and entirely overpriced for the barely-functioning box of metal you will receive in return. A cursory glance through the feedback on this seller on TradeMe (my own review for whom I now cannot alter or remove) will tell you that I’m not the only person who has fallen victim to the old Wormwood trick for fixing things long enough to no longer be responsible for them, there are hundreds of others. Avoid at all costs, sink your money in a new machine with a payment plan if you can.
