β β β β β I have both purchased and sold property through Craig, with a purchase in 2015 and recent sale in 2021. I chose Craig to sell my recent property based on my earlier experience as a buyer. Having interacted with many agents over the years, they are a mixed bag in terms of the effort they put in with potential buyers, particularly in busy times. I have personally been put off listings by some of their approaches. I chose Craig due to his courteous and friendly demeanor - he comes across as genuinely friendly and honest, which I feel makes a big difference in providing comfort and direction to potential buyers. I would recommend using Craig for this reason.

As per the Title and my experience dealing with a number of agents over the years I would put Craig at the top of the list 10 out of 10. Craig was always following up every lead presenting multiple back up deals and keeping us up to date. I would certainly highly recommend Craig if you are looking for a professional real estate agent.

We had a great experience dealing with Helen. She was very helpful and assisted with any queries. She always was available to answer any questions day or night. Our experience was not stressful dealing with Helen through out the process of buying our first home. We would recommend Helen as an excellent sales agent. Helen accommodated the Builder Inspection guy and also the valuation person. Helen kept us updated with any relevant information and checked in every week of the process.
