Enrolment
Enrolments need to include the child’s birth certificate and immunisation certificate. We also recommend that children have a minimum of 2 pre-enrolment visits.
Nut Free Centre
We are a nut free centre, please discuss any special dietary requirements your child may have with us.
Fees and Payment of Fees
Fees are to be paid weekly by automatic payment, direct credit or cash. Fees must be paid for every day that your child is enrolled, including any day your child is absent.
20 Hours ECE
The centre is a provider of 20 hours ECE for 3-5 year old children. A child is eligible for this on their third birthday. 20 hours is available for up to six hours per day. As Castle Kids is open for 10 hours per day, fees will be charged for the hours not covered by the provision of 20 hour ECE. Hourly optional charge of $2.00
Work and Income Subsidies
WINZ childcare subsidies can be applied for to help with childcare costs. If you have a WINZ subsidy you are still responsible to ensure that your account is paid weekly at all times and any part which is not covered by the subsidy. It is your responsibility to let Work and Income know of any changes to circumstances or your child’s attendance. It is your responsibility to inform Work and Income of any benefits you have through the 20 hours ECE scheme.
Family Discount
We offer a 10% discount on fees for families with 2 or more children enrolled at Castle Kids.
Public and School Holidays
No fees will be charged during the Christmas/New Year period when the centre is closed, contact us for specific dates. During the school holidays, fees are discounted by 20% for a full weeks absence. Notification is required.
Full fees are charged for statutory holidays.
