β β β β β The only reason why I am giving them a 1 is because there is a no zero option. Absolutely unprofessional, we have been chasing them for almost 6 months to get quotes for our windows and doors. They never return calls. They never come up with a solution, to the point, where they asked my husband to design the door for them. They have emailed us today to let us know, that they can't quote for us. They have however not provided a reason for it. These guys should not be allowed to operate. Akila, if you hope we understand your inability to quote, you should atleast provide a reason, just due to the fact, that we have been waiting for so long for a quote. You all are unbelievable incompetent and I can just image that your work would be as bad as your service that you have shown us
