This simple but powerful understanding sits at the foundation of our approach to interior and spatial design. Our aim is to use sustainable and renewable products wherever possible in our designs.
During the 25 year journey of Celia Visser Design, we’ve learned that asking the right questions leads to the right outcome. And every outcome is one-of-a-kind, because it’s built on the needs and desires of the individuality of our clients.
We don’t impose our style on you; we develop a look and feel that is all yours.
Interior design is a discipline that requires constant research, analysis, exploration, experimentation and an immense knowledge of materials, products and trades. We have to think in three dimensions, and overlay a fourth dimension that is your hopes and objectives. Achieving a result that lights up your eyes, confirms your identity and finds a place in your heart is our singular mission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late in 2018 my wife and I engaged Celia Visser Design Limited to provide professional design advice on and coordination for significant kitchen and bathroom alterations at our small art deco style home in Greenlane, Auckland. That input was very helpful and led to a range of other internal building improvements, rewiring, rejibbing and other subsequent enhancements with furnishing and decor. We are very pleased with the outcome and the collegial approach which the CVD team adopted towards the exercise. The design outcome is very pleasant and contemporary, but the key heritage elements of the home have been retained and enhanced. We appreciate the fact that our views were respected throughout the exercise, but the design improvements are there to see.
