β β β β β I bought an expensive industrial machine manufactured by this business. When it developed a leaking seal, Central Custom's response was to mount a drip tray under the leak as a temporary fix.(more than a year ago) Despite many requests to get them to come and fix it permanently, it still has the "temporary" drip tray and an ever worsening leaky seal on it.
I have waited more than a year for a proper fix, and now they tell me they're too busy to do anything for me and I should go elsewhere to find an engineer to fix it.
Beware of buying anything here that might need after sales service
