β β β β β I wish to raise a complaint about me unable to access the main website to purchase products, and it's so frustrating to not have access to Ceres Organics. This hasn't been been fixed within the last 1 and half week...Have tried to access the website in the library and still not able to access the purchase products.

β β β β β Except for the fact that the food is organic it is also great tasting. I like some of the small packaging to take good food when tramping.

β β β β β Quality organic products but shame Ceres Organics uses so much plastic packaging? We buy hundreds of dollars of Ceres products per year but alway get frustrated when dealing with non-recyclable packaging. Have been filling our own paper bags and jars at Liberty Market now. Is there something else you could use Ceres??

β β β β β Terrible customer services. Some of the items on my online order were out of stock, but never refunded the amount charged, this was an order made 1 month ago, and no email replies.

β β β β β This is a local icon - claimed to be one of New Zealand's earliest organic store. The Ceres brand now is bought by Australian with a whole breed of products such as nuts, butter and snacks etc. They have variety of organic products you can think of plus a small collection of fresh produce and a new age themed book corner. Refill service is available. They have a discounted section with damaged cantons or near expiry date products which is value for money. There is a small community notice/message board which shows their village spirits.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. We purchased $60 worth of products and after 3 weeks of waiting, we contacted via email asking where our products were. We were informed that no-one was home when the courier arrived and that a card was left at our address to pick up the goods from the depot. As we work from home this did not sound right, and to this day no card has ever been found. Several emails were sent but unanswered.
Upon calling Ceres, they had no knowledge of the card being left and said the product must still be on its way, and were assured someone would be in contact that day to discuss. No phone call. A few days later we called again - still not able to tell us where our product was. We asked for a refund at this point and we told this would be processed right away. A week later we are still waiting with no contact.
Will continue to purchase your product, however will not be dealing directly with you. Poor.
