★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a bunch of people making money by giving false assurances. The only reason why you need them is because HALO insurance can't be obtained otherwise, which is really a money making scam. They are quick at washing their hands off as soon as they are aware of a problem.
Sue Carrick is employee of NZCB so no wonder a 4 star rating.

We lodged a complaint re unethical behaviour about one of their members & two months later still absolutely no progress has been made by Jason Mc Clintock in processing the complaint.
Thumbs down NZCB, all you are is a support network for your members.
I would give you no stars if it was possible.
