★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park located directly across the main road from Countdown. At one end a stone cottage and a short stroll past onto a grassed area with rose garden and picnic table and chairs (multiple). A Japanese themed garden and bridge in another corner of the park which crosses a small stream accessible by another bridge as well. Over the bridges is a playground and bird aviary as well as more car parking accessible from another side road. There are public toilets here which are minimal and a little tired. Better toilet facilities just further North next to the Council Building.
