最後の晩餐にとDeBretts Kitchenさんに行こうと思ったのですが、夜の部まで一時間待ち
時間が勿体無いので、付近でお店を探した所、GENERAL BUILDINGと言う素敵な建築物の中にレストランを発見
自分の直感を信じて入ってみました
建物の重厚な雰囲気そのままのエレガントな店内にとても興奮しました
CURED SALMON 14.50ニュージーランドドル（約1,132円）、Te Kairanga Sauvignon Blanc, 10ニュージーランドドル（約780円）、Beef Eye Filet 34ニュージーランドドル（約2,655円）、Redmetal Vineyards Hawke’s Bay Syrah 2015 15ニュージーランドドル（約1,170円）を注文
サーモンは特筆する程では無かったですが、牛フィレ肉がとても良かった
肉はとても柔らかく、火入れも完璧でとてもジューシー
ラグーソースと一緒に煮込まれた牛フィレ肉がゴロっとブロック状に入ってて、下に敷かれたマッシュポテトとの相性も抜群
店名にワインと付くだけにワインの品揃え、品質も間違いなく、ハッピーアワーのスパークリングワインの他に、ニュージーランドワインのお店のおすすめを料理に合わせて白と赤をセレクトしてもらいました
共に完璧で、正にマリアージュ
最後の晩餐に相応しい素晴らしいお店でした
重厚な店内ですが、トラットリアのような気軽さで利用できる、自分が求めてる最高のお店でした
オークランドに来たときは、また利用したいと思います

 Last day of New Zealand trip
I decided to go to DeBretts Kitchen for the last supper, but wait an hour until the night
I don't have much time, so I found a restaurant in a nice building called GENERAL BUILDING when I looked for a shop nearby.
I believed in my intuition and entered

Salmon wasn't much to mention, but beef fillet was very good
The meat is very soft and the burning is perfect and very juicy
Beef fillet stewed with ragout sauce goes into a block shape, and it also has excellent compatibility with mashed potatoes laid underneath
As the wine name is attached to the name of the store, there is no doubt that the selection and quality of the wine is good. In addition to the Happy Hour sparkling wine, we recommended the New Zealand wine store to choose white and red according to the cuisine.
Both are perfect, just mariage
It was a wonderful shop suitable for the last supper
Although it is a profound store, it was the best store I wanted and could be used as easily as Trattoria.
I want to use it again when I come to Auckland
