Any doubt you may have is misplaced. I can't recommend Michelle's practice enough.I was looking for help when I was in a dark place. I reached out to bark for counseling/psychiatry etc. Michelle was first to respond and was very receptive at all times. The process is amazing you don't simply come to therapeutic conclusions, the hypnosis really imprints your solutions in your mind. You apply what you've learned almost automatically but not unconsciously. I would have recommended the service to everybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly can't thank Michelle enough for all of the help and advice and tools that have gotten me back to the happy, confident person I am now. I was struggling with a few things and wanting to change certain patterns in my life and I feel like by having the sessions its helped me so much and made me realize what I am capable of. It was great to get an outside perspective and helped me see things more clearly and she was always there to listen without judgement which I appreciate. I highly recommend Change Hypnosis it has helped me in so many ways that I could not imagine and it was well worth it. :)
