★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an incredibly negative experience with this place, I would not reccomend it. I found the service was very, very poor, some of the worst service I have ever recieved in my life. There is far superior accomodation in Christchurch. If you value good service and to be treated with basic human respect then this is NOT the place for you.

Petra did everything in her power to make us at home, treating us like family and feeding us snacks.
Didn't know about the pool! Daughter, Polly very much enjoyed herself splashing about.
