★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of Matairangi / Mount Victoria Town belt, Charles Plimmer Park has an off leash dog exercise area with a number of park benches and great views of the CBD, the waterfront and Wellington Harbour.very popular with local dog owners, drinking students and tourists alike. Easy access from Moeller St. and Palliser Rd, unfortunately no rubbish bins or dog poo bags provided, so can be a bit messy at times.
