★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My eyebrows always come out looking great, but the last couple times I've been they've told me they were closed even though their hours say they're still open. Super frustrating as I literally come from the other side of town just for my eyebrows to be done :/
Like other people mentioned on here, they don't tend to interact much with the clients beyond the task and taking your money, which I'm Ok with... some tasks are better without small talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went in for threading to this Indian beauty parlour, and the service was extremely horrible. Threading was done by an older lady. I found her n other staff extremely unprofessional, unfriendly & not courteous at all. All staff here chat in their local native language among themselves. They need to learn the basics ettiquettes of customer services and learn to talk to their customers in a friendly manner. This older lady charged me more for the threading... Greedy lady. I won't be going back to this place n I highly do not recommend this place. Disappointing n waste of my time n money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this beauty parlour for years. They are quick and do a great job for price. So glad to see Asha back! I love the way she threads my eyebrows. Doesn't take too much off, which works for my thinning eyebrows. I also get regular underarm and leg waxes which, considering the cost, they do a satisfactory job. I won't go anywhere else for eyebrows unless I'm desperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No appointments so I time my visits to be at what I think are their quiet times and so far so good. No waiting needed. They do a good job, are quick and no fuss. V reasonable and you can pay by EFTPOS. I'll keep going there and can recommend this to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going to this parlour, i viewed the reviews which was bad. Even though I went to her to get my eyebrows done because it is the only one near my house. She is really harsh that she don't care about customer's pain. And no proper customer service. She is just doing a business only for money. No value for customer. Never comeback to this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over 10 years. I don't even live in auckland anymore and I still get my eyebrows done here whenever I'm visiting. High quality for a great price. Cheapest I've ever found, I've lived in christchurch, dunedin, whangarei and auckland and this is the best place for quality and price. Love the ladies!
