★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would and have recommended Chem Dry Gold Valley to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned! Our cleaner got stuck in traffic but kept calling me to update me how far away they would be.
Also did a great job on cleaning the carpets, we had plenty of stains and 99% of them are gone! Everything looks nicer and smells nicer! :)

their great,to deal with,real professionals,ie reception bookings,timimg to turn up ,and if a delay they keep you informed, the actual carpet service pesron is organised with quoting,job discussion,and professional cleaning,that,when finished,of course furniture can be replaced within hrs,as their hot chemical cleaning system,does a great job,WITHOUT drenching the carpets.
The whole property looks as though the carpet has just been laid.
They remind you when it should be done next time ,with discounts.

We have been delighted with the results and also when every clean has been completed, they have said to call them if we notice anything after a few days and they would return to complete the job.

Received a confirmation call a few days before the appointment. The technician turned up on time and got straight to work. Worked out the actual price to clean the carpets and couch and got me to confirm before starting the process. Fantastic job! Carpet smelling fresh and clean as with the couch - it looks brand new. Highly recommend using this company for all your carpet and upholstery needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even better than expected, we had the house carpet and large L shape couch cleaned a couple of months ago. The couch had stains from years back and I didn't expect it all to clean up, but the guy did an amazing job and the couch looks like new. Pretty good time to dry too. Very Happy.
