Since I went to Cheng acupuncture, that is my default recommendation for people who suffer almost any condition or chronic pain, people who cannot find the cause of a problem but also for people who just need a good an “in depth quality maintenance” session. I believe he is experienced, passionate about his profession and caring.

I've had sore and tight legs in preparation for a marathon and he has helped improve my performance and aided my recovery! He is also very accomodating to my ever changing work schedule and was cool about it. A nice guy to chat with to get an insight of the work he does or just a casual yarn :)

I now want to recommend this form of healing to others. Lucas listens, is sensitive, caring, professional and delivers expert treatment. I have symptoms from a number of chronic health issues, and some of these can be debilitating at times. What has amazed me is that Lucas can immediately pinpoint the areas that need work and tailors the treatments to suit. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my symptoms, sleep patterns, significantly increased general energy and feelings of well-being. I feel calmer and well. Anxiety has reduced. I love the fact that he prescribes homework to continue the benefits until the next session. I had never had acupuncture previously and I cannot believe the positive difference it makes. It's been amazing to see differences after only a month, especially given that western medicine has no solutions, and that no drug treatments were involved. Lucas picked up on a sore hip that had been troubling me for months and after acupuncture it has completely resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I first started to see Cheng was for my severe hayfever. My hayfever has been an ongoing issue my whole life and I have tried every hayfever medication available in the pharmacy. Pills, nasal sprays and eye drops. I had heard from a friend that acupuncture was worth a try for hayfever since the drugs I was using weren’t working and it has been getting worse and quite unbearable every single year.
I first started to see Cheng start of 2022 and already I am noticing positive changes to not only my hayfever symptoms but my body and well-being overall. I am currently reducing my hayfever medications gradually and have noticed that my body is coping, and is slowly but surely adjusting to being without the medication which is awesome.
It is important to listen to Cheng and do the exercises he tells you to do, and to take the herbs he gives you everyday. The Homework he gives is key to seeing progress. Results don’t just happen overnight.
Cheng has also helped me with my digestion and has helped release the years worth of tension and stress in my neck and shoulders. Acupunture is helpful not just for physical issues but I believe can help emotional/mental stress too.
He is very intelligent, passionate, professional and very kind. He listens and really cares about trying to fix the problem. He has studied both western and Chinese medicine. It has been very interesting learning about the differences between the two.
I highly recommend giving acupunture with Cheng a go, his methods of natural healing is definitely worth trying, particularly if you have a specific issue you want to solve.

My partner no longer suffers from the debilitating night cramps which have plagued him every night since his diagnosis with Parkinson’s over two years ago. His overall energy levels are increasing, allowing him to properly exercise. My overall energy and digestion are also improving. We look forward to further working with Lucas to improve our health.
