★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Very unfriendly staff. Dropped our pup off here and they gave him his lunch in a plastic container rather than a bowl and he chewed it up. Don't usually let my dog eat plastic so I wasn't very stoked, and the staff just laughed. He also came home and drank a bowl and a half of water so unsure if they gave him any. Definitely wouldn't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my baby Max at Chesterhope for 5 nights and he absolutely loved it. When i picked him up he smelt so good. The staff are lovely and took really great care of him. Will definitely use this facility again in future. This was my first time putting my furbaby in a boarding kennel and as reluctant as i was to leave him i was so happy to see that the staff at Chesterhope took such great care of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my neo mastiff at the Kennels for 10 days, supplied chicken mince/ royal canin biscuits for the 10 day period, when picking my dog up he was under weight!! Once home he had brown water poos and throwing up everywhere. Unhappy Customer!!
