β β β β β A great place to buy cheap vegetables and Asian food supplies (mostly Chinese, but also stock Korean, Japanese and others). Usually very busy after about 11am in the weekend. They sell warm Chinese buns, but these aren't always fresh, so best to buy when you've seen the tray get refilled.

After I returned the expired product, they did not even say sorry and just threw the cash refund in my face. What the hell was that!!!

β β β β β Excellent range of Asian food and grocerries. This is our usual go-to place for Asian veggies, ingredients, spices and herbs. Friendly customer service and prices are much cheaper compared to similar products in larger supermarket chains.

β β β β β really good price for asian goods, produce is pretty fresh as well!! not super cheap but decently priced compared to normal supermarkets. wide variety of things to choose from as well, its a pretty big supermarket. would recommend trying out their breads, they taste really good + they put quite alot of filling, definitely worth the money

β β β β β It's astonishing as, if you want to show off in nz, you need to spend lots of money and buying what people think is Italian food. The reality of fact is that here you can get better food and even for cheaper price. You must know what you do when you cook, simple. Recommend

β β β β β Quite an underrated place in opinion. Some of the big restaurants in town started at this very place and there is a lot to discover and great services at really cheap prices. Definitely a high recommendation in my books!

β β β β β Very unorganised at the time we were their box of stock everywhere and quite dirty, staff not at all helpful did not want to know, when asked about stock, despite that we did spend over $100.00 would have purchased more but there were many items out of date. sorry guys but not the place it used to be.

β β β β β China Town Market has a large range of businesses from grocery stores to restaurants to bakeries. China Town has a very nice vibe to it although it's not the cleanest place. The people who work at the businesses are very good at their jobs and quite friendly from what I've experienced. The main issue with China Town is that there's too many people within cramped spaces but it's worth it for the products and services being offered.
