β β β β β Really great job of our bathroom floor, sanded and varnished - 5 stars. However, very poor job of our kitchen vinyl floor though. Developed air bubbles soon after installation. Manager said it's because 'our floor moves' and that 'the glues they have to use these days aren't as good as they used to be'. The previous vinyl floor had no such issues. Our independent advisor said it was simply a case of the vinyl not being glued down properly. Choices offered to replace but we had been through so much upheaval we said we'd live with the dozen or so snap, crackle and pop air bubbles for a couple of years - minus 4 stars. So 1 star overall.
