β β β β β Well quite dissapointed really !! Called in for some Teco help walked through the show room twice people sitting talking one man by himself looking into a screen no help offered?? Women at service reception on phone the whole time I waited 15 mins. Finally a young man came back to his desk and then I was acknowledged !! He came to my car and was most helpful in setting up Bluetooth with my new phone. Im quite glad now I brought my X4 M40i from Coombes Johnson. And I do live in the SI .

β β β β β I phoned Ch Ch BMW Tuesday of last week at 4.49pm, wanted to speak to service dept but no answer, phone finally re-directed to main reception, told receptionist I needed to speak to someone urgently as I lost car keys and my spare wasnt working. She tried to put me through to service manager, but no answer, once again phone re-directed to main reception. I asked her if she could get someone to call me urgently as car was about to be locked in a carpark. No one rang me and still waiting on the call. Ended up having to have the car towed out, which could have been avoided if someone from Ch Ch BMW had called me telling me what I was doing wrong with the spare key. Bad service, very disapointed.

β β β β β Incredible service. We were on our way back from Akaroa to Wellington towing our caravan and near Christchurch we experienced suspension issues. In less than 24 hours Christchurch BMW sourced new air suspension parts from Auckland and had us back on the road in time to see the Grandkids and get on the ferry. Definitely above and beyond. Big cudos to Will.

The level of professionalism exceeded all of my previous major purchases. I could not recommend Christchurch BMW highly enough and will be back.
