The pack up went so smoothly with Merv, Ben & Sam in control and then with the removal guys Scott, Jason, Richard & Julian our big shift from Thornycroft Street to Six Silvers seemed to just happen hassle free β¦ just wonderful. ο
All my sleepless nights and worries for nothingβ¦!!!
Can I also just say that Scott & Jason were outstandingβ¦. Nothing was a problem and there professionalism was a credit to themselves and Christchurch Removals.
We now have all the boxes & clothes storage boxes available to be collected at some stage if there is a truck in our area (just give us an hours notice)
Thanks again for making it all happen.

β β β β β BE WARNED if you use Christchurch Removals. We used them for removal and storage while our home was getting earthquake repairs. They have failed to return some very expensive items.
They have admitted that an employee has stolen from us and the matter has been reported to Police. To date no satisfactory offer has been made to resolve this issue. This has been extremely costly and stressful for us. Unfortunately given the attitude of Christchurch Removals Ltd we are not hopeful of a resolution anytime soon and believe a Judge/Court action will be required to facilitate any action.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE USED if they are not prepared to deal with this problem in a business like manner.
It is interesting to see advertised on the Christchuch Removals Ltd website an offer of "money back". This is absolutely NOT TRUE and is FALSE ADVERTISING.
We have asked for our money back due to our "Removal Experience" and they have not had the decency to contact us since we made this request.
We will keep this website upto date if there is a compensation agreement made in the near future meantime be aware.

β β β β β We have recently engaged Christchurch Removals to undertake all our deliveries and removal requirements. We are a design and build interior fit out company and often have very tight time frames to attain and Christchurch Removals has always managed to meet each and every deadline without fail.
Over the past 3 years due to the Christchurch Earthquakes we have been asked by numerous clients to undertake several rush relocation's of earthquake damaged offices to allow these companies to get up and operating as soon as possible. Christchurch Removals were willing and able to help us with this and were always available and easily contactable, and were extremely motivated to provide a high class service.
We have no hesitation recommending Christchurch Removals to any prospective client and are happy to be contacted if required.

My wife and I engaged Christchurch Removals to move and store our most treasured possessions recently whilst our house was being fixed by EQC. Right from the quote through to the last item being unpacked the team gave us a very thorough and professional service.
We had received quotes from what I would call the big players, and although offering a like for like service we felt they lacked the personal service we received at Christchurch Removals. They dealt direct with the insurance company for a hassle free experience.
If you are looking for a complete service from a locally owned and operated business look no further!! I would recommend to anyone.

β β β β β We chose Christchurch Removals when we moved out for earthquake repairs recently. They were great. Brandon Lafaele, went out of his way to tailor an affordable package for us that was exactly what we needed, including packing, storage and delivery back to our house after the repairs.
The team who packed for us were fast and efficient and everyone from Jean in the office, to the guy who drove the truck, was friendly and responsive.
