★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was wanting to get my pink based hair colour turned to a lavender purple or something with more blue base - their products would not give satisfactory coverage apparently, so stylist coloured my hair burgandy - adding more red to my hair - the exact opposite of what I was wanting! Fashion colours not within their skill range. Very disappointed, will not be going back or recommending.
