About Cielo Wellbeing
Throughout my adulthood I’ve observed in myself and others how deeply our physical wellbeing effects our quality of life. For many of us, life gets in the way of our intentions to maintain our ideals of nutrition, sleep and exercise. I aim to support my clients in creating a personal wellness plan. I advocate for receptivity and independence in that plan. As well as receiving treatments I encourage people to have their own movement practice. In combination they deeply aid lifetime wellbeing through greater mobility and physical ease along with supporting a harmonious nervous system.
