β β β β β CIN 7 has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend NEVER signing up with them. I recently had a business critical email where I called, emailed and messaged over 10 times and I did not receive one update. Don't be fooled by their sales pitch they have rectified their technical support issues.

β β β β β The CIN7 user experience would have to be by far the worst I have ever experienced throughout my working career.
There is no interest in providing even mediocre customer service. You are lucky to hear back from them if at all. On the odd chance that they get back to you, they basically insinuate that you have caused the issue, when it is clear that they have never even looked into it in the first place.
If you have heard of the saying overpromising and underdelivering, this is what you will get when you work with CIN7.
We honestly wish we never transitioned across to these guys, we would have been better off staying with our original inventory system.
Worst decision ever...
Also after checking all the other reviews over the past month, it is clear to see we are not an outlier, there are other businesses experiencing the same issues. SUPER DISSAPOINTED...

β β β β β So sorry I didn't see these reviews before settingh up Cin7, we use it for a very simple business and the issues we have a mostly minor and could be easily resolved in a few hours but the support is non existant and the intergration/EDI team basically couldn't give a stuff about their customers, we get no response when Interggratiuons for Coles and Woolworths stopp sending ASN's and invoices meaning we can't ship products or get paid for products we have shipped and Cin7 dont even bother getting back to us! infact their is no one to call and no email for Support any longer.
100% stay away from these guys, they will be broke ina few years if they keep going this way, we have invested 9 months and $75,000 into our Cin7 setup and it still isn't working properly.
my best advice is to use a competitor like Dear Systems as I will have to do now and it will cost me another 75k and proably 6 to 9 months again to change now.

β β β β β I provide accounting and tax services to clients in Canada. One fo my clients subscribed to this software to address their issues with:
- Inventory control
- Automation of E-Commerce Platform (automatically importing invoices)
- QBO Sync
Their sales team was great at selling the product, but their implementation and support is horrible. They made the client "live" before the software was even ready to make them use up their trial days. Now my client has spent thousands of dollars on this software and we are worst off than we were when we started. Sales tax are broken. It imports invoices from Amazon for the wrong amount. It literally uploads all invoices from Amazon as invoices that are overdue and we're told to mark them as paid manually.
We are told to fix 400+ orders to the correct code manually because of their software issues.... Issues are non stop.
Support leaves us high and dry. I don't think they have any support that is in North America or has accounting knowledge. Horrible software. I would not recommend this software.

β β β β β If I could would give (-*) to CIN7. Modified pricing and stock update is not working on cin7 to shopify for over a week and still issue has not been resolved. I have made phone calls, emails and they are STILL working on it!!
My advise is to any business looking to use CIN7, do not use these guys, their support is the worst. You have to battle to getting anything sorted out. With all the stress of running a business don't add more terrible to your life. Very unhappy customer!

β β β β β Every day I deal with CIN7 is a day Iβm closer to my insanity. This software breaks more than it works. Support? Laughable. Nobody really cares there or knows anything. My advise to anyone who ends up here, stay away.
My advise to CIN7, focus on customer satisfaction over just increasing your sales. Your lack or priority for customer satisfaction is showing in your reviews sorted by most recent.

β β β β β I wish there was a way I could give them a harsher review, the support now being provided is arguably the worst of any business I have ever worked with and when coupled with the amount of money the subscription costs, I cannot think of a bigger waste of money or cause of frustration.
I have worked with cin7 for nearly 5 years and there has always been some frustration but nothing like the last 2 months.
As an agency owner, I will be actively moving all clients off their system and recommending everyone I possibly can to leave or find another solution.
Literally any other solution in the market would be a better because they cannot be trusted.

β β β β β We've been using Cin7 for several years to run our business for several years. My advise is as a critical business operation software do not use these guys, their support is the worst we have every experienced hands down. you can go weeks in critical issue without hearing back and have to battle to getting anything sorted out. With all the stress of running a business in the current environment don't add these guys terrible support issues to your list. Look for other software that understands the importance of supporting their customers.
