Pat and Danny are both experienced and there to help, encourage and have a laugh.
Danny leads by example, his body is incredible, better than most 20yo.
Extremely reasonable pricing! Highly recommend.

This was the only gym where I was greeted with a warm smile, enthusiasm and genuine interest in what I was looking for. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming gym then this is the only place to be. I visited six days a week and every day I was welcomed by name. Quality training is available should you need, otherwise you can do your own thing. Always a friendly chatter and laughter in this environment and all age ranges are represented. Thanks so much T - you gave me a home away from home!
