★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some great doctors but appalling service. Was kept waiting for 30 minutes on a Friday at 2pm during work hours. What a complete joke, what other service could get away with that type of delay... A restaurant would go out of business and a taxi company would have no customers yet doctors can get away with it?
Going to change to another GP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient at City Medical for over twenty years and have invariably found the doctors and nurses to be friendly, highly competent and committed to finding solutions, looking beyond the obvious if necessary. I've never had the sense of being rushed. I recommend this service.

Their communication, level of service, care factor and professionalism is horrendous. The worst part about their lack of care for patients is the fact that it affects people's lives and I plan to go to the medical committee if they continue to be unresponsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from a new clinic I've ever had. I came in prepared as I have previous illnesses that I need to check on and am going overseas soon. I saw Nina, who didn't listen to anything I said and therefore couldn't help me in any regard so quite plane and simple, I have put money in the grave by choosing a terrible clinic. I will never go back. She gave me 10 minutes to tell me all the things that she couldn't do and nothing else and just left me with more stress than before. I want a refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here, all staff were very nice. Came in with a sprained arm and within a hour I had a consult, got imaging down the road and back for the results to be explained and put in a sling. Definitely recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a mixed experience at City Medical. The receptionists and my regular GP, Louise Boyd, are fantastic. However, I once saw Andrew Holmes, who disregarded my complaints, told me my heart arythmia is normal and my low blood pressure is normal too, despite me feeling horrible and very faint. He refused to treat me at all and was in a rush to send me out the door. In summary, City Medical is good, but I don’t recommend Andrew Holmes at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a panic attack following my first Covid vaccine (needle phobia kicked in). Staff at City Medical were amazing.
Super responsive following a simple "I'm feeling funny" and provided excellent care in the extra 30-45 minutes I was there.
