★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife is a member, I went as a guest but should have been inducted as I went a bit hard and pulled a muscle. The machines are in perfect order and are easy to use, staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so anxious going back to gym after a long time away with covid restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised to see lots of compliance with the guidelines and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff were all masked up and everyone was cleaning their equipment after use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good facility; happy with the classes and roomy facilities; if you are from overseas, be careful what yoga classes you attend-I experienced bullying by a male student when attending Heidi’s classes, and overall got the impression these classes were for kiwis only. Also, if you expect a quiet yoga class, you won’t get that here. The instructors are super chatty and people crack jokes during the class-noisiest, least relaxing yoga classes I’ve ever attended. If you don’t mind that, the instruction given from every instructor is top notch.
