★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great size gym with lots of equipment. Tifitu at the front desk is really friendly and welcoming. Disappointed to hear the sauna is no longer in operation. Any chance this can be fixed and made operational again? There are many health benefits from using a sauna!

The gym here has a lot of Hammer strength machines.
With free weights it's easy to get injured, so the Hammer strength machines stimulate my muscles properly.
I usually use Hastings city fitness as Hastings is close by, but chest & back day I use this gym.
Highly recommended!
I wish Hastings Gym would keep bringing in the Hammer machines....
