★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a quick furniture collection near Sylvia Park. The Cityhop Hi Ace van was perfect. The run to pick up, drop off at my flat and get the van back took about 50 minutes so $16 bucks for 1 hr was so much better than 60 bucks a day. I recommend trying to get signed up in advance as it's not just a "sign up and drive" process - you need to sign up, email your licence photos, get a card (I got one from Victoria Street car park) have it activated, etc. The team helped me to expedite things but it was very manual and took online chats/emails/phone calls to get there. If you haven't signed up collect a card first and then include your number on the application - it'll speed things up slightly. What they really need (and I'm sure they are working on it) is a process where you sign up, submit licence photos as part of sign up, and then get a digital card on your phone where you can unlock the vehicles.
