We wanted a change from our previous accountant who took a month and a half to respond to us even when we have followed up numerous times. Gerard also has good knowledge of residential properties and is an investor himself. We have been with him for over a year and are very happy with his work, especially how quickly he turned around our latest financials for the bank to enable us to buy our next investment property!
