★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My printer developed a problem and Brother Services gave me the phone number of Citywide Tech. I took the printer in and they gave me immediate help and advice and replaced some parts. But there was still a problem and an agent came out to the house the next day. All is now sorted and those I dealt with were friendly and punctual and it's good to know that that support is there if something goes wrong.

I ordered a small item and they charged $25, and so I called asking why it costes this much and they say it's fixed shipping cost for every item and it is an overnight service. After 3 days I recived no emails about the tracking details and so called them. They took forever to get the tracking details while I was still on the phone and when I tracked, it says the order was booked and picked up 2 days after my order date. When I call them again they don't pickup the phone saying the IT Service Engineer is on the phone. Horrible customer service. I won't ever purchase from again
