1. I had offered for a property. I was told, my offer was well above the only other offer at that time, but the vendor was reluctant to accept mine, because of the conditions on my offer. Fair enough.
Feedback:
a. I had to continuosuly follow up, through out the 2 month waiting period, till my offer was declined finally. I could have easily gone unconditional in this 2 month waiting period. So, I felt there was a lack of communication on what the vendor's situation is. Eventually, the vendor settled for the lower offer. A long waiting period like this, without weekly updates, is not a great experience.
b. There are other properties that was in my budget, advertised by CK&Co, and has been unsold on market for a long time. I did't receive any mails or communication of such properties. Other real estate agencies maintain a database of potential buyers and contact them if something pops us in the buyers range. I understand I can look at them online, but, I felt other agencies deal better.
