★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of 15 spent five wonderful days on the Clarence, going from the confluence with the Acheron to the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed great scenery, comfortable camping, scrumptious food and good company. Our guides kept us informed and entertained while expertly manoeuvring us through numerous rapids. It was fascinating experiencing an otherwise fairly inaccessible part of New Zealand and seeing the impact of the 2016 earthquake on the river.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic kiwi service. It felt very relaxed and like we were in safe hands the whole time. There was no time pressure, lots of good quality food, and the staff (Jaron, Em and Mitch) were highly capable and friendly. Would do again and recommend to anyone interested in seeing the rugged kiwi back country. Thanks team.
