★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning was great apart from the brand new stain in the carpet they made in one of the bedrooms, which was definitely not there beforehand. That meant an insurance claim that cost us an excess of $550 on top of the $500 cleaning bill. Naturally Rouan denied it and told us that the stain already existed. Fantastic. I will clean the flat myself next time for that kind of money
