★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless job. Offers of discounted rates etc do not in anyway represent even the discounted rate of cleaning. You’ll be better off just paying normal rates etc and getting an actual clean job. Also had issues with times booked and having to chase up where they were the first time which again had to reschedule. Don’t waste money on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this service for 11am and made plans to go out for lunch while they cleaned. They were not here by 11am so I waited 45 minutes before calling them. They informed me that they did not have a booking under my name, despite me receiving an email confirmation from them. I rebooked for 5pm the following day and made dinner reservations. They did not show up until almost an hour and a half later after a few phone calls to find out where they were. Also, when booking their services online, it stated that they cleaned for 2 and a half hours. They stayed for only one hour. Not impressed and would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor clean of my small one bedroom house. Corners of bathroom and behind doors untouched and furniture still dusty. A lot was missed and no attention to detail present. Definitely would not recommend for even the discounted rate of $60.

I used them a few years ago when I was away and they did all the AirBNB management and even when out of the country they keep the place perfect and managing all the guests. I still use them now that I am home. Top people top service.

They’re easy to deal with - their communication is swift and fast and nothing seems to be of any trouble to them. They even share pictures after cleaning meaning I don’t have to go and check! They’re very reliable, can always find a cleaner that fits within my schedule, and go out of their way to make sure everything is “just so”. I’m so pleased I’ve chosen Cleaning Mates as my cleaning service.

We are airbnb owners and have had several companies clean for us prior (none completely met the grade). We were amazed at how quickly Clean Mates adapted to our particular requirements and from day one, we have had a superb service. Top notch cleaning everytime and excellent communication. Milan and his team are super responsive - if we have a new request it is done immediately. To top it all off, he's a lovely guy. We have about 10 - 15 cleans every week, with full service (linen, beds, cleaning). We had had excellent customer reviews which is super important for our business.
