★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my fault claim has been launched, lost at least $2000 for hiring vehicle for my ubering, my cashflow stress level gone up, worst service I need to change them now, while repairing my radio gone they haven't approved it of course it's panel beaters fault, i.e. Why choose insurance and panel beaters carefully lesson learnt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and when I asked for full cover for my ride they still think I'm asking for a quote so for 3days had a car worth 25 k. I recommend people to go to ami not even ten minutes I was covered in no time and cheaper. Bad open hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with club auto for a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They had no problems insuring my modified car and it's easy to update new car mods I've done with them so that they are on the policy. Cheapest insurance I could find for my car as an under 25.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. i asked them for a quote, after a few day i get a text massage claiming my e-mail does not work. E-mail works fine every other company had no trouble sending me a quote. Set up a new e-mail address specially for them, and apparently the new one is not working as well.
After a few weeks i get an e-mail from them (even though my e-mail is not working according to them) offering me a better price for the quote, that i havent received yet months later .......
