★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only council we deal with nationwide that is still paper building consents! Also only accept RFI responses via paper - waste of time and resources. Take a week to vett an application and do not back date it to when it received, unlike other councils. Need to up their game and get in 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ridiculous amount we pay for rates including the constant price hike and you can’t even sort the water condition out in Waihola. Often running out, the water is dirty and undrinkable. Seriously sort it out!
