★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about a laundromat business advertised. No reply to my email, I then phoned. The agent didn’t even know how many washing machines or dryers there were. Asked for the financials, happy to sign a confidentially agreement, but apparently financials don’t exist for this business. Enquired about another laundromat that Clyth MacLoed has listed, different agent. Same experience! My dog would be better at selling your business.
