★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe at Coastal Connections did all the electrical work on a significant extension and renovation of our 1950’s home. He was great to deal with – all the work was completed to a high standard, and his suggestions about placement and type of fittings were spot on. When we encountered unexpected issues he was really responsive and got them sorted quickly. He is trustworthy and friendly, and we couldn’t fault his workmanship or attention to detail. We’d be more than happy to use Joe and Coastal Connections on any other job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coastal Connections (Joe) was asked to do a number of small jobs at our house - installing an induction hob, installing additional power outlets, installing a bathroom fan.
Not only did Joe do the work to a standard fully compliant and in line with his estimate of charges, but he also addressed a fire risk associated with lighting and ceiling insulation and repaired an outlet in our daughters bedroom - no problem.
Jo was very clean and professional and happy to talk through all aspects and issues he encountered.
We would thoroughly recommend Joe and Coastal Connections, and we will use them again in the future.
We are located in Puhoi so we were very happy that Joe was prepared to provide his services to usus.

Whilst our roof was being replaced we Coastal Connections in to do a number of jobs (installing ceiling fans, adding LED lights to a raked ceiling). The communication from the outset was efficient and friendly, the quote was very fair and the work completed to a very high standard. I also really appreciated the practical advice Joe gave us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe and his team were awesome, we had very unstable wifi they were recommended to us. Before lockdown they were coming to quote but then lockdown made our unstable wifi critical with 2 children trying to connect to school and 2 people trying to work from home. They came out underurgency to to a temporary fix until lockdown is lifted, Tim was professional he understood the difficulties and most importantly solved our problem. I would highly recommend them. I would have paid nearly anything to get a fix but they were very reasonable for an urgent service.

He explained what was wrong and how he was intending to fix it.
Shaun also mentioned how the owner of the business has pride on making sure all work and materials are to a Tradesman-like-manner - no shortcuts.
