The skilled slaughterman will then proceed to skin and gut and then weigh your beast and record the details on your unique ‘Beast ID Card’ which includes your beast ID number, weight and address. Your beast number is then matched to our records back at the shop. We will then await your beast processing order via our website.
We will then process and pack your stress free beast as per your request after it has been hung in a temperature controlled chiller for 7 days to maximise flavour and tenderness.

Please Note: We also offer offal removal from your property for $30.00 per beast.
