lady who runs the show is insanely rude and items are overpriced as hell, most of the food is expired and rotting. lady told me to leave the store for taking too long to find what i was looking for

She is rude to children and adults alike ,
Plus her prices are ridiculous,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most rudest and horrible people I have ever met, asked my 9 year old to wear a mask. She has a mask exemption that was issued to her.
When we explained she has an exemption she sprayed us all with some kind of aerosol spray that smelt like fly spray, and told us to get out.
Ps this was after our transaction for the ice cream where they happily took our money.
My daughter left crying, my 3 year old left crying.
We will be complaining to the Disabled Persons Assembly (DPA) NZ who issued our daughter her exemption.

Do not go here. My sister went in with her child and was hurled abuse and substandard service.
The food is appalling and the place is quite dirty anyway, so I never go to this store.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of this store and to actively avoid it. My sister is still traumatised from the experience and am worried for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers were very rude. My friend had a mask exemption (for personal health reasons) They yelled at her and demanded she tell them the health reason and when she didn’t one of them sprayed her with disinfectant. This was all done in front of her two small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most average service money can buy, often rude. The owners are very transactional and don't care about the community. This is not the friendly Kiwi culture that you'd experience in most village service providers. My last neighbourhood dairy owners (Jutland Rd) were so sweet, it was a pleasure to visit and my kids loved going there too. I just wish we could have a more community minded operator in Coatesville, it would be good for them too as their business would thrive. As a side note, the property is disgracefully unmaintained and they hardly ever open on time. I would support them if they could turn this situation for the better, instead I drive to Albany.
