★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry went out of his way to make our stay incredibly easy. We stayed two separate nights, he was more than happy to look after our luggage while we were on a bike tour. The laundry was a god-send, beautifully clean rooms, the location couldn't be better, right opposite a great pub with awesome meals. Thanks so much, we will be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't get to stay here as our booking was cancelled without even a phone call. The motel had tried to put my payment through and it failed, they emailed and as soon as I received this I transferred the money. They then tried a few more times and the payments didn't go through so they cancelled my booking and emailed me. By the time I received that email it was too late and they had released the booking. They didn't once phone me, it was obviously a typo error I made whne filling out the online form and if I'd received a phone call could have fixed on the spot. Super disappointed with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 1 night recently - hosts were lovely - great room larger than usual and sunny - good bed but pillows were higher than used to! Good parking. Great restaurant opposite - best whitebait ever had! Will be our go to in Greymouth! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms here are tidy, functional, clean and modern. This motel is located in central Greymouth close to great eating locations and friendly bars. My unit was large, well furnished and the spar bath ? ? an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable ? with a good assortment of pillows. I would definitely stay here again
