★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The job was good including the hair cut and straightening. But the lady who was doing my hair was not friendly at all, she was hardly talking . Far cry from other stylists who I have seen and they are very friendly and they smile and talk to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great team, very professional and friendly. I requested a refund as the coupon i had purchased through another website was not valid for my hair (the external providers fault, not collective hair design) and the staff were very understanding and helped to sort this out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collective Hair is fantastic! I was originally gifted a package from Grab One, and now I don't go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, and they provide tea/coffee, magazines, nail polish and often a little treat! They are always running on time, and are more than happy to try different toners on my blonde hair. Sarah is fantastic, and always excited if I want to try something different. She will show me different products they use, but never pressures you to buy something you don't need or want. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love getting my hair cut and highlighted with Leanne. She is friendly and very talented. The salon is very nice and set out with nail polish and magazines and coffee while you wait for foils to develop. Been a client for 4 years. Can't go any where else now.
