★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a section, approached compass for a new build. They lead us down a garden path and promised heaps in the end they gave someone else plans with their details when with a house we didn't want.
We decide to go with another company only to find out they wouldn't let us use the section we had found. George May the sales consultant was rude and refused to let us talk to someone else. telling us he had 3 other people that could build on the section at a drop of a hat and didn't need us.
Phone calls to head office went unanswered.
Be very cautious about this company and George /Josh May their representative in Whangarei.
