Now it doesn’t work at all, and they blamed me saying I shouldn’t have trusted the company it was designed from. So disappointed.

How bizarre, have you tried searching my husbands name in the system too?
I’m very confused as to why my fragmented microwave was accepted in the first place if your services do not include smaller house appliances.
